Cosmetics from Korea - StyleNanda

Hi All,
Sorry I was away (again!). I just finished my jlpt N1 yesterday (I know, I took it again because they changed the test format and how they grade the applicants. I had to since a lot of companies are already asking for N levels, and not the Levels used in the old system). But for the moment, I am done and I wanted to make a post on some stuff I recently got from Korea.

I usually decline any samples or freebies from companies nowadays because I feel overwhelmed with my very little free time, and I hate to see cosmetics piling up without being used after a review. But this one I didn't want to turn down. It's because it's from a site I would always look at when I had time last year. It's style nanda!! :) yay!! (Oh, and I am not getting paid to do this review. I was just asked to try out the makeup and that is all).
It's one of the biggest online shopping malls in Korea, and the "Nanda Unnies (the models)" always portrayed awesome personas and edgy charisma.

It's good to hear that style nanda has expanded to America. If you are tired with yes style or other websites that import Asian styled clothes, you should check out Style Nanda (It kind of translates to "it's Stylish").

Anyway, here's the address : http://en.stylenanda.com/

So, let's go into the review.
I picked out three from their 3 Concept Eyes series.

The first one is the highlight beam.
It's for both face and body, and it has a pink tint to it. There's barely any scent to it and when you smooth it out it does leaves a lot of shine to your skin.
The only thing is, it's quite hard to evenly spread it out, and it's quite hard to get it off.

See how the shine is there :p
So, if you decided to go for the product, please use small amounts since it's quite effective.

The next one is the 3 Concept Eyes in Shoo Black.
It contains a mirror and three colors (beige, metallic gray and charcoal).
I like how pigmented the colors are. I thought it was going to be lame and dusty, but the colors are actually very pigmented.

Arg, I messed up on my swatch.

Here's a swatch from Style Nanda's site.
It's exactly like the swatches. The dark colors are very intensive +_+ and I like!!
Last but not least, is the most popular lipstick from their site - 106 Honey Pink
It's a baby pink color.
When I first saw it I thought it was going to be dry and harsh, but it is amazingly creamy and moisturizing on the lips.
The color itself looks thick, but trust me - it really isn't. I was pleasantly surprised at how it was soft and creamy.

Below are swatches on my lips (bare - half - full)

Overall, I was very pleased with the overall quality of the items (especially the shadows and the lipstick). I guess I have some sort of prejudice of startup brands, but the 3 Concept Eyes series really pleased me. :)
I am planning to do a look that was inspired by the nanda girls (super chic :p) soon, so I'll keep you guys posted on the makeup.
