Toning up your midsection

Hi All,

I feel like summer is fast approaching and I am determined to at least not feel uncomfortable in my skin this year.  I don't stop myself from wearing a bikini in public, but it bugs me a bit because I don't really like many parts of my body.
My main area of concern is my 'midsection'.
I've always had a lot of flab around my midsection and I'm really eager to get rid of them before it's too late :p

So, yesterday I was flipping around magazines at the library and snapped some workout pictures that I wanted to try out. Since it's in my memory card, why not share it with you guys?!

I think it was either from seventeen or teen vouge.

Have you guys seen any results with tone up tips like these?
I actually find them helpful if you stick to them for a reasonable period of time.

  1. I started doing insanity (I'm a fit person to begin with) and I noticed results on my abs instantly! My abs were definitely more sculpted after about 2 weeks into it!

  3. Wow thanks a lot for this! I notice that there are exercises for the lower part of the abs which I find hard to get any results from. I will try it out :D

    Btw, I was browsing through yesstyle and saw they had oil blotting papers with a penguin on. Thought you may be interested :)

  5. Running helps me a lot. It's hard to trim fat on just specific parts of the body, but cardio helps overall. :)

  7. Thanks for this Catalina. I will definitely try this out. I have just started exercising (yesterday in fact) cause I really want to lose weight and try on some cute clothes. :D Let's us be healthy together.

  8. A few of them look a lot like my yoga poses! I'm sure they are effective, but if you have a good 15 minutes per day, try out blogilates (on youtube) abs workout! I swear they work like crazy! I was sore (my obliques died.) the next day and after a week (6/7 days of practice) I definitely saw more definition. Now if I just started dieting to lose a bit of weight, those abs probably will show up xD
